Welcome to TIMESTEP!
TIMESTEP is a University of Arizona (UA) Space Workforce Development program that advances the career prospects, graduation rates, and retention of UA undergraduates majoring in Astronomy and Physics. The program supports all students to thrive by creating greater access to educational and career planning information, engaging students in experiential learning opportunities, providing targeted mentoring, offering paid positions to address financial insecurity, and cultivating a sense of belonging in STEM and the UA.
